Very well put. But this passage even seems to go beyond that which you wrote. It says that we are to EXPOSE the deeds of darkness. So when you see the deeds of darkness touching your life, point it out, recognize it, share your bourdon with others, and expose it for what it is. Evil does not like the attention and light of exposure but would rather work its work in the darkness of the secret places that hide deep within a man’s mind and heart. Bringing it out and into the open exposes it and renders it useless for evil’s purposes.
