Psalms 141:3-5

Set a guard over my mouth, O LORD; keep watch over the door of my lips. Let not my heart be drawn to what is evil, to take part in wicked deeds with men who are evildoers; let me not eat of their delicacies. Let a righteous man strike me -
it is a kindness; let him rebuke me - it is oil on my head. My head will not refuse it. Yet my prayer is ever against the deeds of evildoers.

It is a prayer from a faith-filled person asking God to help him from falling out of faith and into the snares of the wickedness of this world. And it is a prayer to God asking the Lord to provide him with someone to help him be accountable for his life.

Sometimes we just need someone of faith to thump us on the head when we start to follow the will of the evil one instead of the will of God. Everyone should have someone to hold them accountable and to help them past temptations.

I hope you have that support in your life. Thanks for visiting God’s Blog James.
