I love the LORD,for he heard my voice;
he heard my cry for mercy.
Because he turned his ear to me, I will call on him as long as I live.

The entire law is summed up in a single command: "Love your neighbor as yourself." Galatians 5:14

Mr. G. I'm in such a mood tonight. As you can tell by the time that I've left this message, I don't have much of a weekend life. I'm up and worried. What advice can you give to those that have a very sad existance in this life and feel that the best thing for them is to just not be a part of this world at all?
V, life wasn’t designed to be easy. In fact, as you know, I put some pretty big obstacles in your way. Some of those obstacles were put before you just to build you into a stronger person and to make you a better person in the future.
For some people, life seems pretty dull and uneventful. Those are the children I have little tolerance for. But to those who take on the challenges I set before them, either way, win or lose, those people are placed high on My pedestal in heaven.
Pride is one of the biggest tools the enemy uses to keep a person from going forward and advancing in his or her adventure of life. Pride in ones own abilities, pride in ones own independence, pride in ones own self-confidence. Pride can be a real killer and it eats bits and pieces of a person up faster than the rust on an old car.
Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
1 Peter 5:6-7
It’s time to get on your knees V. It’s time you told me all about it. But this time try to remember to spend those moments listening as well as speaking. If I know your heart and your mind are open to My will, you may just get the answers you seek.
(I have to warn you though, sometimes those answers may not be the ones you want to hear)
My will, not thy will, be done V.
Find rest, O my soul, in God alone; my hope comes from him. He alone is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken. My salvation and my honor depend on God; he is my mighty rock, my refuge. Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.
Psalm 62:5-8
Hang on tight V. Don’t let go of your life just yet. I have more work ahead of you that needs to be done first. The pay is not great but the rewards are heavenly.
So sayth God with the Blog.
Interesting that I had these obstacales at such a young age and during that time I did nothing but go to church. In fact. It's all I ever did when I was a kid. But the obstacles kept coming and coming and there seemed no end to it. Prayer it seemed was/is useless.
I appreciate your response.
